A job well done!

Response time from making an enquiry to someone calling me, was a bit slow, but after that, it was ok. The rep who came to measure up etc arrived on time and was polite and courteous. The information he gave answered our needs, and we didn’t feel pressured into buying something we didn’t want. We were kept informed of installation dates and times, and the fitter messaged the day before with more specific information. He worked efficiently and very hard to complete the job on time, and to a high standard. We couldn’t have asked for better. Although I felt Hammonds wee quite expensive, we are very happy with the end result, and have no regrets.

Really pleased with our new under stairs storage, it’s exactly as we expected but better, John the fitter is first class and has done an excellent job, thanks very much,Rob was not pushy during the sales process, only drawback is you have to do the prep work as Hanson only fit.Luckily I was able to do this myself, but elderly or not so DIY savvy would struggle

Absolutely delighted with my bedroom…

Absolutely delighted with my bedroom wardrobes and dressing table. Only marked down by a star due to a missing door knob. Both the designer and fitter were thoughtful and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

Subject:- Understairs storage fitted by…

Subject:- Understairs storage fitted by Tom Williams. This guy goes above and beyond. Let me explain. I was in two minds about fitting a door where we house our Sky router in case we didn’t get a signal when the cupboard door was closed so I asked Tom to leave it off. Tom finished the job and left for home (45 mins away) Her indoors didn’t like the door being off so I asked Tom if and when it could be fitted. He arrived at home when he got my call and immediately jumped in his van and came back to fit the door. Who does that these days. If I could give Tom 11 out of 10 then I would. He was polite, busy and above all he paid attention to detail. I have the utmost respect for this young man and if you are getting something fitted by Hammonds ask for Tom. Brilliant, thanks again Tom.

Excellent fitters

My dressing room fit and finish was non other than a pleasure with James Hatton . The same goes for Darren Jones who fitted a bookcase to one wall of the study. Both were Polite and courteous and went the extra mile in making sure i was happy with the end result . Both fitters are a credit to Hammonds.
