Good fitters, but…
The fitters we had (Roy and Richard) were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for better. However, the overall experience was marred by Hammonds missing its own delivery dates twice (despite having paid 90% of the bill) and then learning that the handles we’d chosen for the dining room didn’t fit. We were promised a quick turnaround on a second set on Monday and so far we still do not have them. We have spoken with several people in customer services. In short: Fitters - 5 stars; Furniture - 4 stars; Logistics - 1 star.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. Professional and excellent quality
Delighted with our fitted wardrobes they have transformed the room and the quality is excellent . We were guided through the design process carefully and the fitting and installation was very straightforward for us. James was very professional and friendly leaving the room clean and tidy afterwards. We were very impressed with the quality, design and installation of our wardrobes.

Excellent service and communication…
Excellent service and communication from booking the design appointment to completion. I was kept informed throughout, and even offered an earlier fit date! Our fitter Mike W was professional and helpful. Mike kept in touch with his arrival times, left the place clean/tidy and did a great job with the fit. Very happy with the product and service so 100% recommend

A great experience and would recommend
The designer was extremely helpful in achieving my vision of what I wanted and provided more than one design from which to choose highlighting positives and negatives of each design. There was no pressure selling and I was given as much time as I wanted to make my decision. After a delay to the installation date which was very disappointing, Hammonds certainly pulled out all the stops to ensure everything from then on went smoothly. The staff on the telephones were polite, professional and friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. I also have to do a special shout out for the fitter - Edgars Ozolins. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly. Edgars went out of his way to check with me exactly where I wanted the unit fitted and laid it out for me to visualise before carrying out the installation. Edgars is a skilled craftsman who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I am delighted with my lounge unit and would have no hesitation in recommending Hammonds to family and friends.
